With effortless efficiency and quiet compliance, this lightweight endurance road machine helps you ride stronger and longer. The composite frame and purpose-built components smooth out rough roads and minimize fatigue.
Functional simplicity
Free of cumbersome gimmickry, the frameset is one of the lightest in its category. With a perfect balance of high-performance reactivity and all-day comfort, it offers a “less is more” experience for modern endurance road riding.
Engineered compliance
Advanced-grade composite frame and fork are specifically engineered for endurance road riding, delivering a smooth and efficient ride quality that minimizes fatigue on long rides. The new D-Fuse components work together to further absorb road shocks and vibrations.
Total control
New Contact D-Fuse handlebar features ergonomic shaping and an 8-degree flare for comfort and control on all-day rides. Wide, alloy rims are optimized for high-volume tubeless tires (up to 38mm), providing predictable handling and stability from asphalt to cobbles.
D-Fuse
The proprietary “D” shaped composite seatpost damps vibration, resulting in a smooth, compliant ride.
More InfoCompact Road Design
The world's first Compact Road frame is introduced and ridden by the ONCE ProTour team. With a dramatically sloping toptube and a compact rear triangle, the new design increases rigidity, improves handling and reduces weight. ONCE rider Joseba Beloki will ride the Giant TCR (Total Compact Road) to two Tour de France podiums.
More InfoOverdrive Aero
Found inside the head tube of the Defy, Propel and TCR ranges, the D-shaped fork steerer tube and corresponding spacers provide an extremely aerodynamic, easier to service system of internally routed brake and derailleur cables.
More InfoTubeless System
Whether you’re cornering in a crit, climbing technical singletrack or cruising through the city, you'll be free to ride without worrying about your bike's tires on your next adventure.
More InfoAdvanced Forged Composite Technology
A state-of-the-art high-pressure molding process is used to produce complex-shaped carbon fiber components that are lighter, stiffer and stronger than similar components made from aluminum. This technology is used in critical performance parts such as Maestro Suspension rocker links.
