When Will My Order Ship?

Due to COVID-19 and continued supply chain disruptions it may take a little extra time before your order ships and you receive a shipment confirmation. 

Most orders of bike parts, accessories and clothing leave our warehouse within 48 hours of placing an order.

Bike Orders (Shipped)

Most bike orders ship within 48 hours. Occasionally, it takes an extra 2-3 days due to transport from one of our stores to our main warehouse. We then package the bike and ship it.

Bike Order (Picked Up In Store)

These orders get scheduled for building in our central warehouse. This takes 3-5 days depending on how many bikes are already in queue. Then we deliver it to the store you select for pickup. The store also calls you when it's ready for pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be e-mailed to you and can be accessed from your Account Page.

Free Shipping Promotion

We're happy to offer FREE shipping on orders over $75 within the continental United States. 

This excludes most oversized items such as bikes, wheels, trainers, repair stands, car racks, etc. see your shopping cart for more details.

In Store Pick Up

If you would like to pick up your order at one of our stores just select the "Free Store Pickup" shipping option when ordering. Please note that our online store and our retail stores maintain separate inventories. Purchases made online with an in-store pickup option will be shipped to the store from our online warehouse. One of our team members will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. The same delivery times as apply as regular orders (see above).
