Shipping
Most orders of bike parts, accessories and clothing leave our warehouse within two business days of placing an order.
Most bike orders ship within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, it takes an extra 2-3 days due to transport from one of our stores to our main warehouse. We then package the bike and ship it.
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Generally to expedite delivery times we ship smaller packages USPS Priority and larger orders such as bikes, auto racks, etc. via FedEx or UPS Ground.
Please give a day or two for your order to update. It may read Pre-Shipment, but rest assured it is working its way through the carrier’s system. Once your package is scanned at the carrier's shipping facility, tracking information will begin to show movement.
- Pre-Shipment: Your order has been packed and a label created, but it may not have been scanned by the carrier yet.
- In Transit: The carrier has picked up your order, and you’ll start to see location updates as it moves toward you.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is on the truck and should arrive that day.
- Delivered: The carrier has marked your package as delivered.
If tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, don’t worry—carriers sometimes miss scans or experience delays in posting updates. Your order is still on its way to you.
We are happy to offer FREE shipping on orders over $125 within the continental United States.

Inventory can change very quickly by the hour so it may be different by the time you arrive.
The best way to ensure you get the bike you want is to order it online and select pick up in store at checkout. If you're not quite sure on your dream bike yet stop into one of our retail stores and tell one of our Team Members what type of riding you are looking to do.

Package Protection
We're excited to now offer in-house package tracking and protection! You’ll be able to easily keep tabs on everything you’ve ordered from Bicycle Warehouse with tracking you can access anytime, anywhere.
For added peace of mind, we've also included package protection to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage.
Bicycle Warehouse Package Protection is simply shipping insurance. It ensures that if your package were to get lost in transit, stolen, or damaged, that you are covered. For a small percentage of what the items in your order are worth, Route will readily generate a replacement order (or issue a refund in the event that you no longer want the items), if you file a claim within the appropriate time frame.
An unimaginable number of packages are shipped with each courier on any given day. This means that sometimes bad things happen to good packages.
To avoid incurring unnecessary expenses in the event that something happens to your package, you can be sure that the items in your order will be replaced or refunded in a timely fashion.
No problem! Simply uncheck the box when it appears in the checkout process and it will be removed from your order total.
If you forget to do so, email our team at Info@BicycleWarehouse.com or chat with us as soon as possible to have it refunded before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, this service cannot be refunded.

Scenario 1:
If your tracking shows no estimated delivery date and it has been 7 or more days since the last tracking update, you have 30 days from the last shipping update to initiate a claim by reaching out to us via chat or e-mail us at Info@Bicyclewarehouse.com
(Claims must be filed between 7 and 30 days of the last tracking update.)
Scenario 2:
If your tracking shows an estimated delivery date, but the package does not arrive or trigger another tracking update within 2 days after this date, you may initiate a claim via chat or e-mail us at Info@Bicyclewarehouse.com
(Claims must be filed within 2 and 30 days from the estimated delivery date.)
Bicycle Warehouse to the rescue!
Typically, this just means that a package has been scanned in as delivered prematurely and is still in transit, OR it has been delivered to a neighbor/coworker.
99.9 times out of 100, it will appear within a matter of days.
If you find that 5 days or more have passed and the package still has not arrived, the package is considered to be stolen.

If your parcel was damaged in shipping, and items are in clearly unusable condition (bent/ cracked/broken), the first thing you need to do is snap some photos.
Capture the condition of the packaging it arrived in, as well as the condition of the product in question. You then have 15 days from the delivery date to file a claim for a replacement shipment or a refund. (Claims must be filed within 15 days from the date of delivery).
