The LBF is a steel suspension gravel bike built for technical singletrack, chunky backcountry descents, and every rough route drop bars were supposedly meant to avoid.

Forged in the wilderness of the Pacific Northwest, it pairs a durable steel frame with a 100mm suspension fork for real control when gravel riding starts looking a lot more like mountain biking. This is exactly the kind of category bending bike Kona’s mountain bike heritage has prepared us to build. Custom SRAM Apex Eagle levers and powerful G2 calipers deliver mountain bike level braking without giving up drop bar comfort, while burly Race Face rims and wide, grippy Maxxis tires keep it planted when the trail gets wild. Part gravel bike, part mountain bike, and still not fully explained by science. Reports remain unconfirmed. The tire tracks are very real.
