  • Further Drive Technology introduces two innovative features designed to enhance the OSPW X’s performance, elevating the Transmission group’s long-term efficiency and reliability.
  • Active Debris Remover (ADR) incorporates a uniquely engineered dust cover secured within a recessed pulley wheel, fully enclosing the bearing to protect it from contaminants. This system is complemented by a bladed groove surrounding the dust cover that actively expels debris as the pulley rotates, ensuring consistent, smooth operation.
  • The ADR system is paired with the new ALPHA pulley wheels, available in 14-tooth and 20-tooth solid disc designs, which deliver superior durability and performance.
  • The ALPHA Disc features a two-piece construction: a narrow-wide tooth profile made from a composite material that extends wear life and reduces noise, alongside a solid aluminum disc that prevents foreign objects from lodging between spokes while reinforcing strength and stiffness in the pulley wheel.
  • The design also introduces a completely new cage structure, using enhanced material distribution to improve robustness without adding unnecessary weight — aligning perfectly with the durability standards the Eagle Transmission group is known for.
