Recommended Tools Checklist
- 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm Hex Allen Keys
- Torque wrench with 4Nm to 6Nm bits (Recommended)
- 15mm Pedal Wrench or 6mm/8mm Hex Bit
- Quality waterproof bicycle grease
- Bicycle floor pump with pressure gauge
- Side cutters or heavy-duty scissors (for zip ties)

Follow along with each chapter to dial in your setup safely and correctly.
Step 1: Unboxing & Required Tools
Carefully remove your bike from the carton, cut protective packing ties without scratching the paint, and lay out your hardware.
Step 2: Handlebar & Stem Installation
Align your faceplate, ensure your cables run free of twists, and tighten your faceplate bolts evenly using an alternating cross pattern.
Step 3: Front Wheel Installation
Slide your disc rotor cleanly between the brake pads, position the axle securely into the fork dropouts, and torque your thru-axle to spec.
Step 4: Pedal Installation
Apply grease to the threads. Remember: the right pedal threads clockwise, while the left pedal uses reverse (counter-clockwise) threading.
