This is John. Just upgraded to the Defy Adv 1 E-tap. Never seen somebody so stoked to get on a new bike and get out on the street to get riding. He was a pleasure to work with and was an awesome guest to have a casual conversation with. He originally came in to look at this bike for a friend, but he loved it so much when I went over it that he decided to come back and pick it up himself!
