Tom Dumoulin wins the 100th Giro d’Italia bike race in Milan. The biggest win of his career. He overcame all adversity through grueling mountain stages and the final time trail to be crowned the Champion
“It’s incredible,” Dumoulin said after finishing second in the final time trail stage. “It was such a nerve-wracking day. I was super nervous from the beginning and I just needed to stay calm but I almost didn’t. I had good legs and just went for it.”
