Questions about setting up your RockShox fork? Look no further.

The RockShox TrailHead App is the starting point to get your suspension dialed in for the perfect ride. Tuning recommendations, upgrade information, and service support all in your hand, customized for your fork.

Simply navigate to the RockShox TrailHead webpage, enter your serial number and you'll have a smorgasbord of information including:

  • Bike Wheel
  • Travel
  • Steerer Type
  • Axle Size
  • Damper Type
  • Crown Type
  • Fork Off Set
  • Minimum Rotor Size

Clicking on the Tuning button button and entering your weight for the suggested suspension fork pressure/PSI.

How to Check RockShox Serial Number

Finding your RockShox fork's serial number is easy.  There is a unique serial number that is laser engraved on the backside of the fork crown. The fork crown is the top part of your fork that fits into the head tube. Turning your handlebars to the side will help reading it easier.

Rockshox fork crown serial number

Each fork and corresponding serial number is cataloged as a part of SRAM’s (RockShox's parent company) manufacturing process. The only way to guarantee you are purchasing a genuine RockShox fork is to purchase it from an authorized dealer, like us, Bicycle Warehouse!

Suspension Forks with Scratched Off Serial Numbers

RockShox Suspension Forks with serial numbers scratched off can be dangerous to use and are not covered by the RockShox Warranty. For your safety do not ride forks that have the product serial number scratched off.
