What Bikes Are Available in Store?
With continued COVID-related supply chain disruptions and the historically high interesting in cycling bikes are always selling and moving between our retail locations.
Inventory is changing very quickly by the hour so it may be different by the time you arrive. The best way to ensure you get the bike you want is to order it online and select pick up in store at checkout. If you're not quite sure on your dream bike yet stop into one of our retail stores and tell one of our Team Members what type of riding you are looking to do.
How Long Until the Bike I Purchased Online is Ready for Pickup?
If you order online it will get scheduled for building in our central warehouse. This takes 3-5 days depending on how many bikes are already in queue. Then we deliver it to the store you select for pickup. They will give you a call once they have it and it's ready for pickup.
If I Buy Online How Long Until My Bike Ships?
It takes us 3-5 days to build and quality control your bike it if it is still in our warehouse or transfer it if it is in a different store. Sometimes sooner depending on store transfer schedules.

How Do I Earn Rewards?
You Earn 1 reward point for each $1 spent on regularly priced Parts, Accessories, and Clothing. Bikes and labor do not earn points (unless specifically noted). Points for online orders get earned once the order has been shipped.
How Do I Check My Points Balance?
Head to the Bicycle Warehouse Accounts page by clicking this link or click the Account icon in the upper right hand corner of your browser. You can either log in or if this is the first time create an account. You can also see your points balance at checkout once you have logged in.
How Do I Redeem Points?
It's easy! Once you reach 100 or more points your rewards are available on your next purchase. You can redeem them in store or online.
Once you've decided on the gear you'll be purchasing Proceed to Checkout. On the right hand side of the screen you will see your earned points balance. You can select the amount of points you would like to use from the dropdown menu and click the yellow Apply button to receive your discount.
Just let one of our team know your email address and how many points you'd like to use. They'll take care of the rest.
Can I Transfer Points Between Accounts?
No, your e-mail address is tied directly to your points balance. We suggest using a personal, rather than a school or work e-mail account in case you lose access to it in the future.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most bike orders ship within 48 hours. Occasionally, it takes an extra 2-3 days due to transport from one of our stores to our main warehouse. We then package the bike and ship it.
Due to COVID-19 and continued supply chain disruptions it may take a little extra time before your order ships and you receive an e-mail shipment confirmation.
