Good evening Debbe!
First I would like to say thank you for the best experience on shopping I have ever received.
A little background on myself, I am new to the world of cycling and came into the Temecula location looking to purchase my first mountain bike.
When I first enter the store I was happily greeted by Arturo and ask if he can do anything to help me. I explained my experience level as "brand new" and he went above and beyond to help me understand the difference between each bike and how each component of the bike works. He spoke to me as I was part of his family and that really drew my attention.
Because of Arturo and his great knowledge in this sport, I confidently bought my first mountain bike(giant fathom 2).
I went for my first ride the next day and noticed some defects on my newly purchased bike, so I returned to the store and explained what happen with my bike and was expecting to get blamed for everything wrong with the bike, but I was wrong! Arturo once again helped me and walked me through what will happen with my bike. He also scheduled a demo bike for me knowing I had another ride the following day. Once again another great experience.
I would love to say you have a loyal customer because the staff are great!
I would also like to recognize Ryan, Peter, and Ulysses for also being great employees and helping me throughout my difficult process with the defected bike.
