My name is Mike Heidebur and just wanted to let you know that your Chula Vista store went the extra mile for me. I would like to point out Carlos and Luis. They help me a lot with a problem with the Tough road bike I bought from your store. I would like to let you know Luis stayed after hours to get me going, and Carlos help me with beginner problems and explain basics to a person that was out of mountain biking for more than 20 years. They are a great credit to you store.
