Thank you for the support with my bike, thank you for the good customer service and email followup, as well as thank you for making me think about what you said and how excited you were to get me back out on the trial. I enjoyed hearing that you like your job and the people you work with. Honestly, it made me think about my career path and what I’m doing and wanting to be truly happy at my job. Bet you didn’t think all of that was happening when you were fixing my bike! Anyways, I’m glad I was able to connect with the right person to make me feel NOT stupid for something simple on my bike and for helping me think about what I’m doing in life! Ha.
