The last thing we want to do while we're out enjoying a bike ride is get ourselves in trouble from dehydration or bonking from hunger. Take care of yourself and fuel your body!

Basic Rules for Hydration & Nutrition: 
- Drink before, during, and after a ride.
- Take small drinks of water every 15 minutes. 
- Set a goal to drink 1 bottle per hour. 
- Snack frequently, don't wait to get hungry. 

Keeping up with these things will give you a long, energized, and fun ride!
