Question: How do I earn rewards?
Answer: It's easy, for each dollar you spend you earn one point. Every 100 points give you $5 off your next purchase. For example, if you buy a bike for $1,000 you earn 1,000 points which are worth $50 off your next purchase.
We wanted to make it our Ride It Rewards a simple, easy to understand program without a list of "fine print" exclusions - you earn rewards points on all purchases with the exception of sale or closeouts items.
Question: What can I use my reward points on?
Answer: Rewards points are for in-stock items only.
Note: Ride It Rewards cannot be used on special order items.
Question: Can I use my rewards on price matched items?
Answer: Unfortunately Ride It Rewards cannot be used to purchase price matched items.
Question: Do I still earn rewards on a price matched purchase?
Answer: The short answer is no.
The long answer is yes, you earn reward points for the purchase which you can use on future purchases, however, we add 5% to the price match total to balance out the reward.
Question: Can I receive my rewards in cash?
Answer: Ride It Rewards have no cash value.
Question: When can I use my Rewards?
All rewards points are available to use on your next visit after 48 hours.
Question: How do I know how many points I have?
You will receive a monthly email outlining the points you have earned.
Question: Can I use my points online?
Answer: Currently points can only be used in store, however, you can email us or chat and we can convert your points to an online gift card.
Question: Can I use my rewards to pay for special orders?
Answer: Unfortunately rewards cannot be used to pay for special orders. They can be used on all in store product.
