I am on my 4th expensive rig purchased at BW in Encinitas. Why? Michael and Danny and their knowledge, service, and caring attitude. I can spend my money anywhere I choose-- and I ALWAYS choose here. For reference: that's a Giant Trance XO, then a Santa Cruz 5010 full bling, followed by. 5010 for the bride. And now-- a Giant Defy Pro 0. These guys put you on the correct bike on time on budget.
