I wanted to let you know about the OUTSTANDING service I received from Peter. It started when I called first thing Monday morning looking for a specific bike. Peter was so personable and professional while he was checking the computer for inventory and said he would call me back in 30 minutes since it didn't appear he had the bike in stock but would make further contacts. Not only did he contact me within the time frame, he had also sent me an email with a link to another bike for comparison in case he couldn't get the Pure Cycle brand in my desired time frame.
He even followed up with a phone call to make sure I had received the email and answer any questions that I might have.
Peter was awesome and able to get the exact bike we wanted. When I arrived at the store to pay for the bike, he was busy helping other people but made time for me too. He told me about the 20% discount, so the few minutes I waited went by quick because I was occupied with shopping.
When we started the transaction, I asked him if he was the owner. I think it's important for people to be recognized for stellar performance. Even though he's not the owner, he sure acted like he had a vested interest in the success of your business. He seems genuine and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I will return to your store, thanks to Peter and his ability to provide customer service.
BTW, I had called 2 other bike stores closer to my house that morning before I contacted Bicycle Warehouse. I asked the same question "Do you have the Pure Cycle, City Classic 8 speed, Pure bourbon, Medium in stock"? Their response was the same, UHH, no we don't carry it in stock but I could order it". So even though you guys didn't have it in stock either, whatever Peter said and how he managed me on the phone, he SOLD me the bike.
