Debbe, I would like to let you know that I received outstanding
Customer Service from Nicole Marlette. Over the 4th of July my 2011
Sedona High Range shift cable sheared. I brought my bike into your
store thinking to have it repaired. Nicole was happy to take the bike
in for repair. When examining at the cost to repair vice the purchase
price of a new comparable bike the choice was clear, purchace a new
bike!

Nicole never pressure me in anyway. She simply guided me to make the
best informed decision. I'm so happy with my new Sedona DX. It is
super smooth and the lever shift system is much better than the wrist
shift system on my old bike. Also, I could not fit my new bike into my
tiny car without disassembly and mucho grief, grunt & groan. Nicole
had Brandon deliver it to my house! How great is that!!

As a repeat customer, I can attest Nicole has the best interest in
serving your customers to their complete satisfaction. I will continue
to give you all of my business as the staff at Bicycle Warehouse is
committed to serving their customers and achieving the highest level
of Customer Satisfaction possible!
