I telephoned them for information about an upcoming sale. They were busy so I left my phone number for a call back. Within 10 minutes they returned my called gave important information about a bike that I am interested in and got me excited to drive 53 miles to their Encinitas store to check out the bike I am thinking of purchasing. Great phone service, I am sure that the in store service will be just as good
