Debbie, just a note to tell you that Garrett and Matt did a fantastic job in marketing my ebike to me. I say "marketing" intentionally because they did exactly as you are supposed to do when dealing with the public: asking a few questions and then listening. If only high-pressure salesmen could learn from Garrett and Matt that when you listen, the potential buyer will tell you exactly what he wants, and then the "sales" people can build their presentation to fit the requirements. It's called "needs selling" and they did it great! Garrett, especially, who met me first, dealt with me in a truly professional manner. And Matt reinforced at just the perfect time.
