Hi Debbie,

We've talked on a few occaisions when I've been at your stores and wanted to take this opportunity to express my thanks for the amazing service that your team, in particular Robb, has provided over the years.
I first met Robb when we moved back to San Diego about 12 years ago and purchased a bike for my wife.  Since working on bikes in 5th grade, working at a shop in College, and our son spending years in a shop through college and NORBA racing, I appreciate a customer oriented bike store.
Robb has consistently provided my family with excellent service, no matter whether I'm buying a wheel for a humanitarian organization I help in the Bahamas,  our grandson's first bike, small parts, or our recent purchase of 2 full suspension Haibikes.  This week he took the time to locate some small parts for my bikes, even though he was very busy with more important tasks.  I've enjoyed working with all of the sales people, however I just wanted to express our appreciation of the wonderful support that Robb has provided.
We also thoroughly enjoy the Haibikes.  Over the past six weeks, I've taken them to Sedona (where I broke my ribs), Grand Canyon, Borrego, Jacumba, Big Bear, Mission Trails, and yesterday my wife and I rode 20 miles around Catalina.  We take our bikes in our airplane to the distant locations.  Here are 2 of my recent blogs on the flights and bike rides:
