How do I know if my return contains hazardous material?

The following are considered Hazardous Materials for shipping purposes and cannot be returned via our standard online return process:

Flammable liquids such as certain types of bike lubes
Loose or uninstalled batteries (even if still in packaging)
Adhesives like tubular tire glue
Used or charged CO2 cartridges
Aerosol bicycle cleaners
Bug repellent

These items must be returned via USPS Select Ground, no air shipping.

Please note: Items with batteries pre-installed, such as bike lights or GPS units and watches can be returned via our online return process without restrictions if no more than two are included per package.
